Linda T. Bruemmer, Executive Consultant – Chicago, IL

Linda Bruemmer brings more than twenty years of executive career consulting and several years of Career Development and Planning experience for Chicago area colleges to HPi. She worked as Director of Career Planning and Placement for Elmhurst College, directing placement and assessment activities for graduating seniors. For several years thereafter, Ms. Bruemmer worked independently as a career planning specialist, providing leadership training for a variety of Chicago area executives. She also spent several years as lead Counselor and member of the Student Development faculty at Oakton Community College where she administered and interpreted assessments for a variety of adult students. While at Oakton, she was recruited to join Right Jannotta Bray as VP and Lead Consultant for their executive practice where she served as primary consultant, delivering dual career and Lifework Planning services to senior executive clients.

Ms. Bruemmer has advised a wide variety of Chicago area executives from Fortune 100 companies and has been certified in a wide array of executive and career assessment instruments. Her educational accomplishments include B.A. in Sociology from Northwestern University, as well as M.A. Counseling from The Graduate School at Northwestern University. She joined HPi as a senior consultant in 2004, and specializes in working with financial and senior staff executives. Linda and her husband live in Wilmette, Illinois, where she is active in various professional and educational organizations.
