Christian R. Barden - Office Manager – Chicago, IL

As Office Manager, Christian Barden is responsible for all operational and client service matters for High Potential Inc. Mr. Barden heads HPi’s administrative staff and oversees all IT and technical support for the firm. On this note, Christian is responsible for all client technical, assessment and administrative interface, and he provides them with technical and help and training as we counsel them in their transition and use of our Internet resources. In addition, Mr. Barden oversees delivery of HPi’s customized 360° assessment process and registration and interpretation of the suite of OI Solutions - eCareerCenter™job-search tools.

Mr. Barden also serves as High Potential Inc’s primary liason with the OI Partners network. He ensures continuing successful engagement with them and our fellow OI Partner firms, and follows up to assist HPi consultants enroll new clients. Mr. Barden also provides technical interface with the OI Partners IT team and website maintenance for HPi and synchronizing with the OI Partnership.

Christian brings over 15 years of experience in office management, IT support and customer relations. Prior to joining HPi, Christian worked with Regus Business Suites providing IT and office support to a variety of organizations. Before his work at Regus, Christian headed the help desk and training support desk at the National Organizaition for State Boards of Nursing.

Christian holds a B.A. in Psychology from Marquette University and a M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University. He and his growing family live in the Western suburbs of Chicago.
