Michael P. Farrell, Vice President, Client Services

As V.P. for Client Services Mike Farrell leads the business development process for High Potential Inc.'s programs.  Farrell is responsible for creating strong relationships within the Human Resource community by aligning HPi's Executive Development services with the needs of it's business partners.  These services will include programs to retain top talent through Executive Coaching and BestFit© Assessment as well as Outplacement Services focused on the successful transition from one career to another.   An experienced manager, Mike also ensures that the delivery of all services meets the quality standards of HPi.

Mike’s business experience spans over 25 years, providing Human Resource and Employee Benefit consulting services to employers through-out the Midwest. Prior to joining HPi, Mike was District Manager for DBM, a global Human Resource consulting firm, managing the customer relationships and delivery of services to organizations both large and small. While at DBM his responsibilities included managing the day to day sales and marketing effort for the five state Midwest region with 7 offices. He also had direct sales and client relationship duties for the greater Chicago Metro area, developing relationships with over 150 customer organizations. Before his work at DBM, Mike spent many years in senior management positions in the Relocation Management industry, where Mike had profit and loss responsibility for a $20 million operation with 110 employees and 140 customers. While working for a division of GE Capital, Mike enhanced a strong and successful track record of outstanding customer service and delivering bottom line results.

A life long Chicago resident, Mike is an active member of SHRM and the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago, he is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago.
