Robert S. Wilson Bob is a co-Founder and President of High Potential, Inc. He was formerly a V.P. and Engagement Partner in the Midwest Region of Interim Career Consulting. Prior to joining Interim he managed the financial services practice of Right Jannotta Bray, a major international career consulting services provider. Bob is recognized as an expert in the design, project management and delivery of complex organizational assignments. He has consulted with a variety of national and global firms involved in organizational transition, and has been acknowledged for outstanding client services and engagement management. Bob brings more than 20 years of banking experience to HPi. Before entering the career development industry, Bob served as the managing director of Banque Indosuez, a major French merchant bank in London, where he spearheaded a major reorganization of the bank's operations. Early in his career, he also served as an appellate counsel for the City of Cleveland and later consulted with a variety of health-care and publicly traded companies. Mr. Wilson has an undergraduate degree from Xavier University in English and Philosophy, as well as a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University, with an emphasis in Corporate Law. Later, his MBA studies at CWRU focused on Management and Economics. Bob is a member of SHRM and a committee member of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago. In addition, he is a member of the Union League Club of Chicago, where he is active in various civic committees. He has been a frequent speaker on career and executive development themes and has recently been actively involved in the Case-Western Reserve University Graduate Schools Alumni Board. Finally, Bob is a visiting lecturer at Leeds Business School of the University of Colorado. |
